Graciella arrived on time with Selima, and they both worked very hard all day long. They did an amazing job of spiffing up the house after a roof repair had left the house in a bit of a state. I would recommend them again, absolutely.

Work done for the most part was great. Communication was lacking big time. Booked appt but never heard from her again until she showed up, was running a little late so I wasn’t even sure she was coming. Got a quote from her, she showed up day of with a second person and doubled the quote without notifying me first. It’s not a huge deal because I understand the pricing I just wish she would have told me ahead of time. Cleaning was fast and good, they did damage to a new item of furniture though that was super disappointing. I asked to book her going forward every two weeks and she said she would get back to me and never did. It was also a bummer to have to hear her say multiple times how dirty my house was. We just moved in and had not had it professionally cleaned. I did clean before she got here and she made several comments about how dirty the floors were. She also asked that I buy all my own cleaning supplies for her. Previous experiences, they bring everything themselves.
