Despite unexpected setbacks (some rain, co-workers backing out so that he did the whole job himself), he completed everything in a very timely fashion, explained everything he did, offered to do extra work for relatively cheap, and made everything look very professional and beautiful. He is very friendly, extremely reasonable, skilled, and diligent. I'd hire him again in an instant if another job arises. 5+ stars!"See more

On our initial in-home meeting, Sam and Justin (Jam Construction) were very thorough with measurements and explaining the entire process. Once I hired them, the permit paperwork for the City was handled by them with a small fee. Once the permit was approved, they completed the installation. Within 2 days. The patio cover came out great and was completed to my satisfaction. They even cleaned up after the installation was done. I would highly recommend them for your patio cover needs."See more
