Jacob was professional, patient, and willing to go beyond to troubleshoot any issues that I experienced. He listened with a patient ear and relieved my frustrations surrounding my inadequacies with being tech savvy. Jacob made sure that all of my needs were met and followed up throughout the day on all things related to my tasks (i.e. printer issues, storage issue, tutorials, etc). Within a 1-week time frame, Jacob was able to: 1) recover and restore 100% of some very important data from an external back up drive, and 2) Trouble-shoot a Netgear Mobile Hot Spot connectivity issue w/ my laptop. I tried Geek squad, AT&T technical support, and several independent "computer support entities. Jacob solved the issue within 40 minutes of arriving. He looks young but has over 24 years of hands-on work with software and hardware systems. In addition, he's worked with sophisticated security systems and setting up networks. I have managed 100's of employees. when you run across exceptional, you gotta' let people know!

Jacob was the first of 3 pros to respond, and he contacted me quickly. We met at a coffee house and he went to work. He quickly fixed a situa tion where my pages were being hijacked. I'm 69 years old and freelance for local media outlets. Computers are not intuitive to me. He analyzed my array of Internet servers and my laptop protection and streamlined it. I need to promote my stories, so I do so via X (Twitter), Instagram, Threads and Facebook. He helped me with some issues doing that. We also discussed password security. He explained how to use an elaborste password for each site and how to easily keep track of them all. Jacob cleared up issues I have had for months. He said he has 5-6 clients my age who are not computer savvy. I believe him. I will continue to call Jacob and he even said we could do it remotely if necessary.

Jacob was absolutely fantastic! He helped my mom with her Mac desktop, which wasn’t loading all the way. He quickly diagnosed the issue. The memory wasn’t working properly and the operating system needed to be replaced. Jacob worked efficiently and kept us updated every step of the way with great communication. The price was super reasonable, especially considering how much work was needed and how much needed replacing. We’re so glad we found him and are definitely keeping his contact info for any future IT issues. Jacob is awesome to work with and highly recommended! I don’t live in the area but he was able to coordinate with my mom which helped me tremendously! We would give 10 stars if we could. Thank you so much Jacob, you’re an angel!!
