Within a 1-week time frame, Jacob was able to: 1) recover and restore 100% of some very important data from an external back up drive, and 2) Trouble-shoot a Netgear Mobile Hot Spot connectivity issue w/ my laptop. I tried Geek squad, AT&T technical support, and several independent "computer support entities. Jacob solved the issue within 40 minutes of arriving. He looks young but has over 24 years of hands-on work with software and hardware systems. In addition, he's worked with sophisticated security systems and setting up networks. I have managed 100's of employees. when you run across exceptional, you gotta' let people know!

Jacob was very professional and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He sent videos and pictures of what was happening with my external hard drive. He went above and beyond and recovered a large portion of my data. He is kind to continue working on the old broken drive when new parts arrive to try to recover more. If I have another hard drive go bad, I will definitely use him again, although hopefully I won’t have to.
