The cleaner they sent did a stellar job, but there was supposed to be a team of two cleaners, not just a single person. As a result, it took her 3 extra hours to finish the cleaning alone, which they charged me for extra hours without notifying me or getting my approval in advance. It's not my fault that they sent one person instead of two, but I paid the extra charge because we just want to expedite the sale of our dead brother's house. Also note: every single interior wall of the house, except for the tiny, updated bathroom, is covered in 1961 era, knotty pine paneling, even the ceilings, and they did not have to be washed like regular walls. We were happy with the outcome, but we think we were gouged on the extra cost. They should have sent two people, who could have gotten the job done quicker. They INTENDED to send two people. The single cleaner told our representative that "she didn't have time to pick up the second cleaner."
