- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is based on how many hours and which type of booth, Digital, Printing, Roaming or 360 Booth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give them our pricing and once they are ready to book we email them the proposal, deposit and contract to sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management as well as 20 years of customer service jobs and management experience.
