Professionalism: Lee asked plenty of questions and actively listened to my answers to ensure he understood my vision, requested photos of the cabinets and shelves I needed to mount, and arranged to dispatch a team to meet me at my suite to mount and assemble my furniture. Punctuality: Jakish and Adrian arrived on time and prepared with energy, positive attitudes, and all the tools they needed to complete my build. The project took over three hours longer than we expected, and we did not realize there were pieces of the cabinet missing until nearly midnight. Jakish and Adrian had been working all day and night but still agreed to come back the next morning to ensure the project was complete. Patience: Jakish and Adrian maintained their professionalism throughout the duration of my two-day build. Susan H. says, "I've got a whole lot of little and big things to get done and/or fixed. Some things that have been "on hold" for far too long. I am going to call him for all of them. This first time was to assemble some new "cat trees". Wow. It's like he was "chomping at the bit" and couldn't wait to start. I think he likes challenges. Although cat trees aren't really difficult, but they're too heavy for me to put together anymore. He made it all look so effortless. While he was working we did some "small talk" about other things that have been "on hold" here for years. He was genuinely interested, but I felt his interest was for doing those things in the future, and not for getting as much money as he could from me. Very refreshing, to say the least. He was clean and self-aware of looking professional and acting it. He's young but don't hold that against him. He's got quite a few years under his belt already, happy and eager to explore what else he could do for me. All without coming across as being greedy and going to try to bleed me dry. As an added plus, he has contacts to help him on jobs that require more than one guy to do them."See more

I believe my initial call to Miguel was to have him cover up some concrete steps on my front porch and build new ones in a different location. That's when i realized that I would be hiring him for a lot more things! And I did. He built beautiful new porch railings for me with a new screen door. He painted the concrete flooring of the porch, fixed a hanging light fixture that was loose on the wall, built a retaining wall and helped me with the digging for a new driveway in my front yard. He did a lot more things.. even fixed my lovesest recliner! But as I said.. I would run out of room on here for sure. He was fast and was so much more productive than the 2 guys I had previously hired to help me with building the steps and a new bathroom.. and after paying them for 3 days of work they accomplished nothing. Miguel had the steps built in 1 day! Truly amazing!💫 And so easy to work with. Great communication and never flaked. His rates are very fair and he is worth every penny. I almost didn't write this review because I am going to be starting a bunch of projects on my house towards the end of the year and I was worried he would be too busy. But he always finds the time to accommodate. So.. I have to share😒 But he deserves that. Give him a try. Pretty sure you won't be disappointed."See more
