    The staff are the kindest and most friendly people I have ever rented from! I always recommend friends looking for a place to try them first. The rent prices are very reasonable for safe neighborhoods.

    All that my family got from them is lies. They continued to ask for more money but never even let us look at the house listed, made appointments but never showed didn't answer phone calls when needed and RUDELY hung up when it began to be inconvenient for them. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    We understand this situation, and unfortunately it appears you were caught up in a "Fake Broker" situation, of which we have reported several times to the District Attorney's Office of Riverside County and San Bernardino County, as well as the Redlands Police Department and the Beaumont Police Department. Even so much as to have to stand before the Superior Court to clear our good name from this very old fashioned "Con" Unfortunately, this wasn't "Us" asking anything from you-- much like someone "posting a picture of ryan reynolds" on a dating site, unscrupulous people will copy verbatum an ad and repost it only changing the email address slightly (Robin.W.Shidler@Gmail for example) to give the appearance of legitimacy-- We have had a "Fraud Alert" on our site for some time and we feel for you that you were swindled by someone.     Robin and his management business managed our 16-unit apartment for several years, then we chose him as the realtor to sell the apartments. We live in another state. Robin was personable and professional at the same time. It would take pages to tell you how many good things he did for us, but the bottom line is that Robin and his managmement company is the best!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to sit down and chat about the property and find out what the goals of the investment happen to be-- Are you dealing with being "an accidental landlord"? Are you power investing and need someone ON THE GROUND to inspect, review, and address day to day issues/headaches so you can focus on acquiring more properties? We look into these items usually with a phone call, an email, or an in person talk (very low pressure, more educational session than anything). With the idea that should you choose to be with us, we want it to be a great relationship for a very very long time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Monthly Rent Collection. Oversee Maintenance. Filling Vacant Residences. Arranging Property Viewing. SOLVING TENANT ISSUES with inhered tenant, Eviction if necessary. Make "Rent Ready" with Painting, Cleaning, and sometimes even Refurbishment.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the fruit on the tree, ASK FOR REFERENCES-- As well, never be afraid to ask even "Dumb Questions" It is our task to insure that you have a stronger idea of your investment plan for your property portfolio; even if it is just a studio shack that was inherited, or a 290 unit Complex. We have a vested interest in your growth and success and being an informed property investor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How long have they had their staff, and how long have they been performing this sort of work? Are they digital? How often will I get reports? Are they Bonded and Insured?
