- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We love to sit down and chat about the property and find out what the goals of the investment happen to be-- Are you dealing with being "an accidental landlord"? Are you power investing and need someone ON THE GROUND to inspect, review, and address day to day issues/headaches so you can focus on acquiring more properties? We look into these items usually with a phone call, an email, or an in person talk (very low pressure, more educational session than anything). With the idea that should you choose to be with us, we want it to be a great relationship for a very very long time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Monthly Rent Collection. Oversee Maintenance. Filling Vacant Residences. Arranging Property Viewing. SOLVING TENANT ISSUES with inhered tenant, Eviction if necessary. Make "Rent Ready" with Painting, Cleaning, and sometimes even Refurbishment.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Check the fruit on the tree, ASK FOR REFERENCES-- As well, never be afraid to ask even "Dumb Questions" It is our task to insure that you have a stronger idea of your investment plan for your property portfolio; even if it is just a studio shack that was inherited, or a 290 unit Complex. We have a vested interest in your growth and success and being an informed property investor.
