Wanessa responded to my housecleaning request very quickly, and was able to offer times on my preferred date. She gave an estimate, and continued to communicate reminders between the booking and the cleaning date. The cleaners arrived on-time, and did a very thorough job -- especially with all of those persistently dirty areas in the kitchen and bathroom. Definitely recommended.
