Appliance Rescuers did what no others could do! We have a stacked LG dryer that wasn’t drying and were turned away from quite a few repair places because they wouldn’t touch a stacked dryer or an LG brand appliance (a double-whammy for us). The dryer is only 6 years old. Appliance Rescuers figured out the problem, ordered the part, kept me up-to-date on order status and the follow up appointment, and most importantly FIXED THE DRYER! I wish I’d found them sooner!

We are extremely happy with the honesty and professionalism of Appliance Rescuers. In our case it was explained that a rescue was more costly and would be less desirable to us than a repair to an older dryer. Besides being on time, friendly, easy to work with the professionalism and honesty has this company on top of our “sos” list!

I contacted Appliance Rescuers to repair and/or replace a refrigerator door handle for a rental property. The technician, Raphael, maintained communication throughout the process. He arrived on time, wore mask and protective footies and assessed the repair needs. He needed to order a replacement kit and returned when the parts arrived to complete the installation. Raphael was professional and efficient. 5 stars

Diagnosed and explained the issue with my Thermador range. However, due to the high cost of the repair, we opted not to move forward. They billed me fairly: I only had to pay the up-front service fee. Would use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer diagnostic visit, customer pays $75 for the estimate visit and this amount will be used as deductible to the final amount of the repair. $115 for stackable units and Double Ovens, $149 in case it needs two technicians at the diagnostic first visit which is very rare. The visit is waived if we are hired to do the repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer schedule visit and we go check the problem at their houses. The visit is waived if we are hired to do the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the technicians have some kind of community college learning or professional class and practical work for long time.
