Introduction: Movement & Somatic Therapy
We will incorporate many modalities and tailor each session to your specific needs. We will practice breath work, stretching, modified yoga asanas, intuitive qigong, intuitive dance, and more. We can focus on physical therapy and touch for a specific injury, we can focus on restoring posture, we can focus on mobility, we can focus on releasing stored trauma from the nervous system... Each person's experience will be completely unique.
Any experience level welcome! All body types welcome, all ages, disabilities, neurodivergency. Look forward to working together! 🙏🏼✨
