FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to provide the best value based on your goals and level of commitment. We offer discounted rates for longer training commitments, with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 6-month program options available. Clients who combine both personal training and nutrition coaching receive additional savings compared to purchasing either service separately. We also offer small-group training discounts, allowing you to train with friends or family. Sessions can include up to three participants, making it an affordable and motivating way to achieve your fitness goals together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your complimentary initial consultation, we’ll take baseline body measurements, assess your body fat percentage and BMI, and discuss your current nutrition habits. We’ll review your diet, talk about your health and fitness goals, and provide personalized meal plan recommendations to help set you up for success. This session is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if we’re the right fit to help you achieve your goals. We’ll discuss your schedule and identify training days and times that work best for your busy lifestyle. To finish the session, you’ll experience a complimentary workout so you can see our coaching style firsthand, understand what to expect from future sessions, and experience the quality of training we provide.
