Max is a professional. He put together a comprehensive plan for me to lose weight and get in better shape and in three weeks I've lost 8 pounds and 3% body fat. He is very engaged in helping me meet my goals, extremely focused on my problem areas so I avoid injury, and working on long term change for better long term behaviors and results.

My daughter introduced me to Max after I mentioned I wanted to lose weight and get in shape. I am 59 years old and had not been in a gym in 30 years. I told her I would try personal training for one month. Within the first week of working with Max I knew I would be with him long term. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he has given me all the necessary tools to achieve my goals. I achieved my initial goal sooner than I expected and my results have far exceeded my expectations. I have been with Max for almost 4 months . He makes our sessions challenging but fun and we are always doing something different to keep it interesting. Max is a great trainer and if you are committed to your success he will be the one to help you get there. Max has a super personality and is very funny. I started training with Max is 2012. I wanted to get back in shape and loose some weight. I was out of shape and felt i needed to do something. Not only I lost 30lb , but I started to run again. In 2 years I have done 8 races and Max has run a few of them with me and my family. I always thought that was awesome! But my biggest accomplishment was Max help me to get in shape for my first bikini competion in May 2014 at 48 years young. That was nerve wrecking! I came in second of out 6 women. He was there besides my family in support. He has a lot of knowledge on nutrition, supplements to take and will do a program that is personalized just for you. ( we are all different). He is very professional and cares very much for the wellbeing of his clients. He makes you fell like you can accomplish anything and he will push you the right way. I fell like ta my age Im in tje best shape ever, my family is thrilled and my husband fells like he has a new bride. I recomend Max to anyone who wants to make a change!

I’ve been training with Max for a year now and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Max is a great guy and trainer, respectful, funny, but will push you to achieve your goals. The first day, we sat down and outline my personal goals and even designed and meal plan that breaks down what percentage of fats to carbs to proteins. After that, you’ll have a mini workout session where he asses your overal strength and flexibility. We review my food diary as well as take measurements ever few weeks to make sure I stay on track. The workouts can be intense; alternating lower and upper body days and after each session he’ll help you stretch. By far, the best trainer I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to see my progress in another year’s time!

Max is awesome! I came to Max pretty far along with my weight loss journey, I had already lost about 150 lb and had quite a bit of muscle loss as well as loose skin. After three weeks my body fat % has gone down and I am in the best shape I have ever been! I only wish I had started sooner! Max is super easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and funny! He got me on supplements and helped me tinker with my diet until it was were it needed to be. He also got me signed up with various fitness apps that track food, fitness, progress etc. He keeps the workouts exciting and changes it up every time which is awesome because that's exactly why the gym can get boring on your own. Not to mention he helps you stretch out at the end which is very much needed for sore muscles! Hands down one of the best investments I have ever made.
