We were very impressed with Carlos' professionalism and the training he provided was exemplary. CPR, FirstAid and AED training can be lengthy and at times you may lose the interest of a few, but he and his assistant kept everyone engaged and on topic. Will definitely be using his services again.

Carlos has been amazing! I have now used him two times for my companies CPR/AED class. I plan on using Pro Tech Safety Solutions in the future.
Carlos is very entertaining. Everyone in my company has truly enjoyed learning from him. He covers the information fully.
When I first met Carlos, I was really impressed with how much research he had done on my company. Throughout the class he would give us ideas on how to help an ill person in our line of work (most of us are pilots, so we needed ideas on how to help people in tight spaces).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with a prospective client is over the phone or email, we are available in many forms of communication. We make sure all questions or concerns are understood 100% before any commitment is made.
An estimate will be provided upon request via email or over the phone. We respect all urgent matters the client may need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our staff are off duty or retired first responders. We are life scanned and have background checks. We are all credentialed and licensed in the subject matter being delivered.
