- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A breakdown of pricing will be provided for the customer relating to instruction, supplies and workbook
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with a prospective client is always in person over the phone or email, we are available in all forms of communication. You are guaranteed a single point of contact and an immediate response to your needs. We make sure all questions or concerns are understood 100% before any commitment is made. An estimate will be provided upon request via email or over the phone. We respect all urgent matters the client may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our staff are off duty or retired first responders. We are life scanned and have background checks. We are all credentialed and licensed in the subject matter being delivered.
