- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are slightly different rates depending on the complexity of the job and the customer's needs, but if there is a safety issue or danger with a customer of limited means, I'll correct it as efficiently as possible and reduce my invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The safety training alone exceeds a doctorate in astrophysics. The new systems require some additional training also.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was kind of a guinea pig for intelligence and psychological testing as a kid and learned that I have a lot of talent in certain areas, it just fit and I LOVE it!
