When I made the decision to hire General Contractor Matt Denno for the renovation of my home, not only was I pleasantly surprised with how personable he (and his employees) were but the amount of professionalism and reliability I experienced was extremely impressive. The level of perfectionism he demonstrated far exceeded any other construction company I have encountered with all of the ongoing projects I’ve had over the past few years. My house has not only completely transformed to my dream home but the efficiency and timeline of the project was bar none not to mention the proposal for pricing on this project was what I thought to be
to good to be true. Boy did he prove me wrong!
What I appreciated most was his determination in paying close attention to the changes that I was asking for, not just “hammering out” a job to just get the job done. He made every change I asked for precisely and even shared a few ideas he had with me that made for an even better plan and I couldn’t be happier.
I will one hundred percent be hiring Solid Building Services for all future projects and renovations and you should too!!

We are a Property Management company who has hundreds of doors in management so we rely on the relationship with our vendors to be able to do so effectively saving both time, money and limit inconvenience between Owners and Tenants. Matt and Solid Building Services has been a Godsend in the form of a Contractor who we can trust, be fairly priced in the industry, so knowledgeable to explain his process thoroughly, and execute beautifully.
