Get into your best shape for life! I have had my own personal training business for 30 years, which began with 4 years of managing a back and neck rehabilitation center for an orthopedist. I graduated from the University of San Diego, and also completed a spinal rehabilitation program at the University of Florida. I am certified as a personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), TRX, and Johnny G. I strive to customize each individual's program according to their unique needs, goals, and limitations. I incorporate a variety of different types of training techniques to make each session challenging, interesting, safe, and fun. Workouts may include strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, conditioning, agility, rehabilitative, corrective, and functional exercises (focuses on movements necessary in everyday life, and proper body mechanics), TRX (suspension and rip training), tabata, HIIT (high intensity interval training), plyometric, boot camp, boxing, and sports specific training, yoga, and mat pilates, in addition to traditional training, depending on the individual's needs. I offer nutrition, weight loss, weight management, heath coaching, postural alignment, neck and back stabilization and conditioning, balance, injury prevention, and pre/post natal. I work with all fitness levels and all ages, from youth to older adult. I have a strong passion for helping my clients to achieve their best health and life and to feel and look their best. I have trained many of them for over 20 years, and truly care for each of them. I do my best to make a great positive difference in each of their lives, including their physical health, confidence level, and attitude. I would love the opportunity to work with you, and will do my very best to make your training experience as enjoyable and rewarding as I possibly can. I am available to train in private homes, at beaches, and in parks, from San Clemente to Monarch Beach. You are welcome to contact me any time. I came to Kathleen with multiple health issues including Hashimoto's (thyroid disease) and a tailbone injury. She went above and beyond to tailor a work out plan for me taking all of these issues into account. She also provided me with lots of exercises and nutritional advice that I could work on when I'm traveling or away from the gym. I highly recommend her to anyone regardless of their fitness level.

Kathleen is a very knowledgeable trainer. Ive been lifting weights and exercising regulary for 20 years and She's has taught me a lot of new exercises to work muscle groups while at the same time minimizing the stress and pressure I put on joints. She's a true professional.
