Joe and his team arrived at the scheduled time and reviewed the base scope I had outlined (while home carpet and shower cleaning). They used the typical bumpers to ensure their hoses didn’t scuff doors, walls and stair railings. They were efficient but thorough as I had some dirt spots requiring additional care. After they completed the base work I was impressed and then added tile floors and shower door polishing to remove the hard water stains. I wasn’t sure if it was worth getting the tile floors done as in the past another vendor was unable to clean the grout effectively.
However, Joe agreed to do a free test and I was sold.
His pricing was very reasonable and a little cheaper than the “big brand” carpet cleaning companies, yet still had the personal care and attention to do a thorough job. I plan to use this company again for future carpet and tile jobs!
