Drain Medic has been troubleshooting a leak problem at my 88 year old mother's house and has gone above and beyond the call of duty to address the issues. They discovered 4 areas and fixed all promptly and at a reasonable price when not covered by insurance. They have thoroughly explained each step of the process to her and mostly likely saved her thousands of dollars when others wanted to rip open the walls and quoted her minimum $2600 to fix. Insurance has covered most of the expenses with Drain Medic handling everything. Cannot thank them enough for dealing honestly with the elderly and communicating clearly.
