From day 1 of seeing Bertram, he was just cool right off the bat. He is pretty awesome! He is very knowledgeable in his specialty and he is one of those people that seem to really care about your well being, even sending me emails to check in on me after a visit. And his office manager Lauren is the sweetest gal ever! He wont steer you the wrong way for any issue you may have, I highly recommend!
