I've used Homewerx several times in the past year for a variety of jobs, that latest one being a new tankless water heater installation after my old one kicked the bucket. They showed up and inspected the old one, and found it was installed incorrectly by another contractor. The biggest problem, among many, was there were no flush valves and no drainage. It's a miracle that the old heater lasted as long as it did.The next day, Homewerx showed up with the new heater, a significantly larger and upgraded one, and installed it quickly and properly, AND showed me how to do regular maintenance so I wouldn't need to call them again for this job. I always appreciate professionals that try to make themselves unnecessary by doing it right the first time and educating me on how to keep things working.Once the work was done, they followed up for several days to make sure the unit was functioning properly and that I was happy with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Homewerx again and definitely recommend them for any plumbing you may need done. They are simply the best plumbers in San Diego in my opinion.

I cant say enough good things about Homewerx and their exceptional service in replacing our hot water heater and dishwasher. Justin arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues quickly, and had the systems up and running in no time, all while keeping costs affordable. Cool guy very personable and knows his stuff.

Seriously the best. Heard about Justin via word of mouth, and he did not disappoint. I had a minor issue, he came out the next day, and fixed the issue without charging me a single penny. This is the kind of issue that he could have tried to turn into a much bigger issue, and then charge a lot of money for, but hes good enough that he doesnt need to drum up business and take advantage of people. His assistant was kind enough to help me corral my dogs when they got out of the backyard! real people with great prices who didnt even blink when my reactive dog barked uncontrollably. Thanks to Justin and his assistant, all of my dogs are alive and well!Did I mention that his assessment of my problem, which he fixed, was also free? He didnt even charge for the time it took him to drive out to my house. I reached out to him in the first place, because my coworker told me about Justins rates and his professionalism and experience. He has seven years under his belt, and his prices are incredibly fair, especially for the San Diego region. I wish I had known about Justin years ago because simply a house call from our previous plumber would have costed us $250.

He installed stunning new vinyl flooring that instantly modernized the space, expertly swapped out my old toilet for a fresh, efficient model, and created a gorgeous marbled epoxy surface on my countertop all without having to remove it!
