I own several properties in North America and I wish I could have Sunny Coast Manage all of them. Sunny Coast has been managing my SanDiego properties for over 5 years and have been doing a fantastic job. They take care of everything including managing repairs and services, tenant placememts, and paying property expencies. Their management fees are very reasonable. They are responsive and provide a high level of service. They also have a good eye for the right tenant. All my tenants were evaluated and qualified by Sunny Coast and each tenant has been great and headache free. Best of all they don't bother me....they take care of the issues quickly and efficiently on their own. Their accounting is extremely transparent and all property expencies and revenues can be found very easily online where it's updates regularly. You can filter different categories such as taxes, rent income, repairs, etc....they also upload scans/copies of services invoices and bills to your account. Very user friendly.

I used Priority One to manage my property in North County, before they helped meto sell it 2 years later. I dealt with the owner most of the time, which was refreshing. To be able to get a hold of Marc directly was a huge reason I enjoyed working with them so much. Any questions, issues, concerns...anything...was handled with attention and quickly. I loved how I had my own online portal and could view contracts, statements, receipts, etc. at any time. They are a one stop shop!

After years of being out of town landlords we decided it was time to seek a property management company. Home Team Property Management was highly recommended. Once the house was vacated they assisted, long distance, with a total renovation and repairs. The contractor they chose and their maintenance team did an outstanding job while keeping within our budget. The house is rented and Home Team handles everything for us at a very reasonable fee. It is no longer a burden to have a rental. We would highly recommend their services.

We needed a new management co for a 4 plex in PB. Our, at the time, manager/president needed to step down and we needed to tighten up things all around. Jennifer was able to walk us through the transition and get us on track smoothly. She is a great communicator, educated, experienced and with great follow through. I also appreciate Total Property Management's online approach. It makes payments easier to do and track, it also keeps the HOA associations spending transparent which eliminates any owners concerns. I highly recommend TPM.

It’s been a pleasure working with Drew. I was looking for my first income property. Drew is very personable, listened to what I was looking for and was readily available to show places. He seems to truly care to see that my needs were met. He has proven to have a good grasp of the market and negotiating skills; knowing how much I could get the place for and how much I could rent it out for.. He also shows to be very driven and hands on. Drew made sure any concerns were met such as questions to the buyer/agent, HOA, and questions pertaining to the structure were met. The place also needed some fixing up. I wanted to look into possibly updating the kitchen and bathroom a bit. He coordinated time with a contractor to look over some of my concerns. Suggestions were also made to make smaller changes that would make a big difference and they did! Ashley; one of the staff members is also very pleasant and has also been very helpful. Buying a home can be a stressful process. Drew made sure everything went as smoothly and efficiently as possible in a very timely manner. I had planned to have Avanti then manage the property. Drew handpicked the tenants and it’s going to be rented for the price I wanted within a very short time span! I couldn’t be more pleased!

R&R Vacation Rentals has managed our short term rental for over a year. They've been involved every step of the way -- from helping us get started through keeping it rented nearly 100% of the time. They helped us find great deals on furnishings and appliances and offered helpful design decisions to improve rentability and guest comfort. Rachel and Ozzy are always available for the guests and for the owners when we have questions.     Stephanie was the property manager for my rental unit in Imperial Beach for 3 years. She is professional, punctual, assisted me by providing comps in the area of what other rentals were going for, and got my place rented out in 3 days. She is extremely responsible, polite, and always called me to update me on anything important going on with my tenants. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent out an income property.
