I've been working with Michael as a landlord for half a year now. I really enjoy working with Mike since he has been on top of every situation and communication we had so far. It's hasn't been too long yet, however, we managed to have few serious challanges with fixing old infrustructure around the house that suddenly went out of order. Mike has managed to organize a team immediately and fix all at very low cost in a matter of days. Mike is an experienced manager and he is devoted to what his family has been doing for generations now. Really recommend Michael and Sunny Coast Property Management.

I called around looking for a property manager and Michael from Sunny Coast was the only one who responded in a timely manner. Our situation was delicate due to a death in the family. Michael was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Thus helping us make a decision on selling vs renting. With his help we were able to keep the home in the family and lease it.     Call us and we will go over your needs, requirements, requests, and special circumstances. We then conduct an overall rent analysis of your property, factoring in market conditions, features of the home, and location. After all items pertaining to the property are discussed and all expectations set, you and our team set forth a Property Management agreement.
