- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The technician diagnoses and identifies the cause of the breakdown. 2.The technician explains to the customer which part is affected and why it malfunctioned, what can be done to prevent a recurrence, and how to properly maintain their appliance. 3.The technician prepares an invoice for the repair. 4.When the part arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time for the repair. 5.The technician arrives at the scheduled time and repairs the appliance.

our technicians undergo training every two weeks to update their knowledge on new models of refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers.
