Laurie Lutton, LLAppraisal Services did an appraisal on my residence. She came out to my house on time as scheduled, communicated well, was pleasant and friendly and was able to complete the affair in 30 minutes. She was knowledgeable and well prepared. My questions were answered without any disdain for my lack of knowledge. She informed me how long the paperwork would take and when to expect the official documents before she left. All promises and expectations were meant. I had a few concerns and questions about some of the info on the documents. Laurie communicated the same day each time and patiently explained in lay terms why things were stated as such. She exceeded my expectations overall. I would highly recommend her services as an appraiser.
