Shugarmar's Bath, and their Installer Supervisore, Shane were just so Amazing, wonderful and did a great job in an amazing quick turn time!!! They completely took out the original, 1960 Tub / Shower combo and put in a gorgeous new one! My first contruction remodeling event and they walked me trhough the whole thing and had no problem with my 100's of questions... and still went fast!!! I cannot support them enough and will be referring them to everyone I know!!

The whole experience was great. The process was explained, quote received and work began 2 weeks. The tub removal and showerinstallation was completed in 1 day!

Last week we had a tub to shower conversion done in our main bathroom.Mom is 91 and we needed things placed where she would feel safe and secure. Billy our installer did a great job! He and his assistants ( Ricky & Bryan ) were very kind, courteous and respectful. Billy was very patient and helpful with the exact placement we needed for the handrails to work best for her. ( Ex..letting her step in and sit on her shower bench to get handrails right where she needed them. ) He explained to her patiently how to turn water handle for cold to hot, how to raise shower head on the slide bar and to easily remove handheld shower head. Also expressed the importance of not trying to use the handheld shower head for a handrail! Which she has repeated to me " handrail yes, showerhead no " :)Billy was easy to talk to about any concerns we had and gave input to ease / or eliminate them. They also kept things covered and clean throughout the process. Job well done guys!!

Shugarmans Bath Team [ Chreen & Steven ] were fantastic! Professional, courteous and great listeners, besides their quality of work. We are so very happy with the results of our shower/tub refresh and it took only 2 days. And that's even with them finding a leaky valve in the shared plumbing wall from a project 2 months prior [from another company]! The entire process and working with this company was an absolute pleasure. I needed a new shower as my old one was a hazard for me as a disabled person. The installation was explained thoroughly, very informative, and completed as promised. My installer Chereen and her partner had my old shower out and the new one installed in one day. I could not have had a better experience. I had to leave the home to run some errands during the day and when I came back, they had run into a plumbing issue. They called out their own plumbing company and took care of the problem on their own time and dime, even though it was an existing issue (unknown). My new shower is beautiful and very well done!! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new shower or bath installed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After our free design consultation, we will provide you with an exact quote that includes everything. Demolition, disposal, and full preparation of the space. That includes making sure the structure is sound, all mold and mildew have been mitigated and everything is up to current code. Lastly, it includes all installation costs by our licensed, full-time, trained employees. All with a lifetime warranty on the product and the work. There are no hidden fees or charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is a phone, text, or email conversation to understand your needs and plans. We want to make sure that we are the right fit for your project. We will then schedule a free consultation with one of our design consultants. They will help you create a complete design and provide you with your quote in-home before we leave. We will help you choose color, style, fixtures, accessories, enclosure options, how many soap dishes you need, etc. We can even help you create more than one design at different price points so that you can make the right decision and Love Your Bath!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Shugarman's have been in construction and remodeling for over 30 years. They understand the business and the issues that customers face. All of our employees are full time and they all go through a multi-stage training process. After an apprentice period under one of our top project leaders, they must pass a rigorous testing phase before they become a project lead themselves. Fully licensed, insured, and bonded.
