There isn't a shortage of tacos here in so cal. We pride ourselves in delivering the best customer service and having an event setup that truly stands out from our competitors. We want your special event to be memorable and will go to any extent to do so. We offer appetizers, tacos, sides, aguas frescas, desserts, bussers, and servers Our Story: We are a taco catering company that focuses on events and catering gigs throughout the San Diego and OC area. We've been a food vendor at events like the International Beer Festival & Breeders Cup at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Taco Fest & Tacotopia, to name a few. We've been in business for the past three years with this past year having the most exposure and growth for the company. Jorge Garcia who is the owner has always had a passion for grilling since he was little and has been influenced by our neighboring city, Tijuana, for having some of the best tasting taco's. Our Carne Asada is our most popular taco we try to bring Tijuana tasting tacos to your backyard when you're taking a bite out of our food. Jorge decided to spell "taco" with a K because he wanted to be different and stand out. Jorge's girlfriend Juliana and childhood friend Jose came on board this past year and have contributed in many ways to the companies success. Julianna was very professional in setting up all details of our event and gave a discount for the number of people we had at our event. She wrote out a very detailed contract to what would be served, time they would arrive to set up and to start serving our guests. She went over and beyond when she included a sweet and special treat for our daughter that was a spectacular surprise, Chocolate Covered Strawberries at no additional charge! Jorge the chef's meat was amazing and all the fixings! In addition they served quesadillas as an appetizer and Julianna brought them out on a tray to serve our guests! She also made a menu and asked for a pic to include! Like I said she went over and beyond! Everyone enjoyed the food, service and people! All wanting to use this company for their catering needs! We offer different packages and pricing that we offer for full service catering. We offer drop off service for self serve as well. Please contact us for a quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have you select your menu and package, send you a quote outlining the final price with taxes, send you a contract outlining all details of the event for you to sign, and collect a 15% deposit upon signing of contract to lock it in the date.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’re a catering company that specializes in catering and large events (Beer Festivals, Street Fairs, Del Mar Fair) which makes us equipped to handle and serve large crowds efficiently.
