Guillermo did a fantastic job on a full outdoor sauna connect: wiring in a new disconnect, the 220V 50Amp sauna, all connecting conduit, and a new 50A breaker at the panel. He went above and beyond by identifying a pre-existing safety issue at the panel (was evidently there since the house was built 25 years ago) that had evidence of past arcing, and fixing the issue permanently at no additional charge. Great job, I would call again any time.

We met Bright Power’s technician, Daniel, after an urgent request on helping us to fix electric issues of a house we just bought. Despite the fact that we first communicated with Bright Power through Thumbtack the night before, Daniel showed up on time in the following morning, examined our house’s electrical system thoroughly and explained clearly what we should do to upgrade to meet the city’s requirements and every detail in the process of getting city’s permit. He also suggested what we should do to meet our family’s electric usage needs in the future. Daniel is so friendly, knowledgeable on what he is doing and patiently explained all techniques that we are unfamiliar with. We were so please with their consultation that accepted their service for Panel upgrade and new grounding outlet. We will see how their actual work and keep you updated.
