- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you click that button, we will be in touch within the same or next business day to set up an appointment to conduct a walkthrough of your work space. Our friendly rep will stop by, take a tour and will put together your customized service agreement which will go into all the details such as your rate, duties, frequency, etc. WE LOVE TO MEET IN PERSON! This puts a face to the name and helps us best understand what you are looking for. We believe that a big decision like hiring someone to take care of your space is a personal one and should be treated as such from start to finish!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked for big janitorial companies for over ten years. Decided there was a lot of things that could have been done better and no matter how many companies we worked with, none of them came close to what clients truly wanted. We created this company to fill the void. To treat every client like more than just a stat/ number. We take tremendous pride in each and every single client that we service and love having the opportunity to work with them.
