I resolve computer/laptop hardware and software issues (I bring them back to life) and computer upgrades. I design and build custom desktop computers, install new hard drives, DVD/CD-ROM, operating systems, programs, smart card readers, etc. Also, for those who want to share an internet connection or share information between computers, I do setting up and configuring of secure wireless and wired network connections for the residential and commercial user. My customers love my ability to resolve their concerns in a timely fashion, my interpersonal skills (I speak to you without all the techie/nerd jargon, and actually care about your technical issue), fair prices (quite a few have stated that they were ripped off by using The Geek Squad and wished they'd called me first), and that I've saved many a customer from having to shell out unnecessary money purchasing a new computer, especially in this downed economy! If you're still not convinced, I do have references to vouch for my aptitude in computer technology. Last but not least, I do offer consulting as well.
