SD Bytes is a family owned computer repair shop. Shannon Isselhardt and SD Bytes volunteer their time at a local Elementary Schools repairing their computers when they aren’t working. SD Bytes also volunteers its shop and devices for local Girl Scout troops trying to earn their computer badges. We always put you first!

unbelievable. i lost 20 years of business data on a crashed hard drive. Shannon worked tirelessly and recovered all my signed contracts and my accounting data. he quite literally saved my company. I am using the cloud now for safekeeping. very reasonable price especially considering the value of the data. glad i found this company.

My computer (Windows 7 desktop) was functional but had 3 Windows Installer error messages (not able to open), various other error messages, and Microsoft Office 2010 didn't work. Internet (email, browsing, etc.) worked. They removed most of the error messages, updated Window 7 to 10, and updated MS Office to 2016. They were not able to remove the error messages concerning Windows Installer. After 2.5 weeks of sincere effort, they returned the computer to me WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. Aside from the error messages, it appears to be fully functional. I trust them -- they're now working on my laptop.
