SD Bytes is now my go to place for electronic repairs. After getting the charger tip snapped off in the charging port of my IPad, Shannon worked really hard to get it out trying everything. It unfortunately wouldn’t budge so we had to send it to his person who repairs Apple products. With all of this the turn around was great. Kept me in the loop on what was happening. I appreciate their professionalism and fairness, I’m sure I would of paid double going to an Apple store. Thank you SD Bytes and Shannon for all your help.
