Charlie and DICA did an amazing job with our driveway, sidewalk, and foundation. If you are looking for a great company, I definitely recommend these guys! The payment schedule was fair, they included our input at every stage from demolition to the finished work, and the quality of work is superb.

I had a lot of bids but companies just weren’t able to come out sooner than 2 weeks I needed my driveway done due to a leak. I found Charlie company Juan’s team The cement crew was on time, professional, and got the job done efficiently. They stayed focused, worked hard, and didn’t waste any time even during slower parts of the process. Everything turned out exactly as expected, and they handled the project smoothly from start to finish. If I had any questions they would be quick to answer them. I am extremely happy with how the driveway turned out! The quality of the work is excellent, and the final result looks clean, professional, and exactly as I had hoped. Even better, the job was completed right on time, which I really appreciated. One more thing the team each had there own task and did it well it was nice to see how well they handled each step thank you so much.

Juan is an amazing contractor. We received 5 quotes from different companies, and Juan gave us a good deal. We were initially doubtful because the cost was significant. but all our doubts disappeared. The best part is that our backyard was a mess due to tree debris and roots from our neighbors, and we were worried about it. However, Juan never complained. He and his team just did what they had to do without any fuss. At every step, he asked us to check the progress and asked if we had any questions or requests. We are very satisfied with their work. Our pricing varies by square footage. When it is over 2,000 sqft, the prices can be between $7.50 per sqft and $10.00 per sqft and when it is under 1,500 sqft, the pricing will be over $7.00 per sqft. (These prices also vary depending on what the customers are looking for.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step when working with a new customer is to make sure our company is the best fit for the customers project. Next, is to ensure the customer is well informed about the work they want done and check with the customer the steps that will be taken to complete their project. We then send a proposal for the customer to review that includes the best price we can give and the job information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing hardscape when I was 15 years old, all of my family members have worked in concrete jobs. That is why I began working at a young age.
