He was really friendly and came earlier then scheduled. I appreciated his persistance in not only making my printer work again but also having everything put back in place on the printer. I was very happy with the time it took him and the job he did.

We hired PRINTFIX to look at our printer after it suddenly quit working. Sadly, it wasn’t repairable (no fault on his part), but we were really impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and value. Even after realizing it probably wasn’t fixable, he did research after he left to confirm that buying a new printer was our best option. Will definitely hire again if we have issues in the future.
