- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A fifty dollar travel fee may be included to your overall balance if venue distance exceeds the stated 30mi radius. A hundred dollar travel fee may be included to your overall balance if venue distance exceeds a 60mi radius. A hundred and fifty dollar travel fee may be included to your overall balance if venue distance exceeds 100mi radius. Travel fee Will Not be added during initial Meet & Greet. Estimated quoted do not include taxes but will be added to overall balance. Any additional hours not displayed on invoice will accrue a fifty percent surcharge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation over the phone. Followed by meet & greet. If client is within a 30mi radius, we will come to you. If you are not within the stated radius, we would be more than happy to host a meet and greet via Skype or FaceTime. A 30% non refundable deposit is required upfront in order to book the date. For your convenience, we will collect the remaining balance two weeks prior to event date. Automatic quotes through Thumbtack Pros Do Not display taxes but will be included. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DJLuckEe is a motivated, goal-oriented, and efficient self-starter from California. He went to Fullerton College for Producing and Recording as well as Business Administration. He is devoted to providing top-quality work and service. His musical journey began in middle school while performing in their all men's choir group and bands percussion section. DJLuckEe began Producing Original Tracks and Mixing Music at the age of eighteen. He has previously worked for several production companies both locally and nationwide. He has performed at several venues/ events including Americas Got Talent in Anaheim, Create Nightclub in Hollywood, and Heat Nightclub in Orange County to name a few.
