- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices factor in travel time, top-quality products used, and experience. Working with older, or aggressive pets takes a patience and experience to ensure safety. We do give incentives to clients that rebook or refer is to new paw-some customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client books with us online, we reach out and confirm the services and ask specific questions about their pet and home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified pet groomer through the AKC and Pet CPR & First Aid certified. I attend grooming shows and conferences several times a year to ensure I’m furthering my education and staying up on new trends and products.
