Rambo was an out of control 2-year-old German Shepherd I rescued who was defiant, disobedient, and reactive. Taking him out on a walk practically caused me angina anticipating a reactive explosion. A friend who went through the same thing, referred me to Mary at Mother of Beasts. I purchased a 6-lesson behavior modification package, and implemented all of the tools that Mary taught me to do, religiously. We practiced every day, multiple times a day. Rambo is able to walk side-by-side with me on a walk now, and while he's still sometimes focuses on other dogs, l've learned to interrupt that behavior so he doesn't explode, and we've actually been able to do pack walks with other dogs and mingle. Rambo is still a project, but he is soooo much better!
