- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices depend on the hours I take the job and the type of work. I usually give estimates and prices that are good.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer a request and invite the customer to contact me to iron out any questions. then we decide on a convenient time for both of us and i always confirm out appointment the day before .i also call the client when i'm heading their way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OCHA Safety Training y Air conditioning, among the classes that I have this work ethic, safety first, cleaning and maintenance of houses and appliances of the house, etc.
