- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Thumbtack clients receive special pricing when they book with us! Quotes given on the Thumbtack platform are initial quotes and can be adjusted to fit our clients needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your information, we will design a collection to fit your photography needs and budget. When you receive your final proposal, you can easily secure and book your session/event through our online booking system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been photographing weddings, portraits and events for over 14 years. Our staff of photographers are hand picked and trained to deliver the same customer experience and quality that has come to be expected from Michael & Dia Photography.
