I hired San Diego Face Painting for a large community event. They were very easy to communicate with, flexible with our paperwork requirements and time changes, and provided great designs, too!!! They were a hit with the kids!

We had San Diego face paint and henna come do my daughter's birthday party today. Anna was amazing. She was polite, punctual and great with the kids. Her artwork was wonderful and when we needed her to stay later than originally discussed, she did without hesitation. My daughter was so happy with the whole experience she already asked to have Anna back for her next birthday. San Diego face paint was quick to respond to my inquiry. I had another company bail on us in the last week, but SD face paint came through for us at the last minute. They are a great company to work with and well worth the price. We will definitely use them again next year and ask for Anna to be apart of our special day. Thanks a lot.

Sarina was great! She interacted with the children and adults while painting their faces and was able to do any painting of a photo we showed her. Definitely would recommend! :)

Anna was great! Very responsive throughout the whole process, arrived exactly on time and updated me ahead of time as well. She was super friendly and the kids all loved their painting. Even two under two years old. Excellent experience.

I had a unique request and they were able to get a face painter to my house to help me prepare for a Halloween wedding. She was punctual, friendly and did an excellent job!

FAQs

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  For customers more than 20 miles away, there is a traveling fee. We don’t mind traveling, but it does cost us time and gas. I want to be fair to my painters and make sure they’re compensated for their time.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I was trained by the same company that has face painters in Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, and the Safari park. I was also the Lead face painter and princess for a company in Phoenix AZ. I currently hold a masters degree in Teaching and teach elementary school during the week. I have over 10 years of experience babysitting and just love being around kids.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  I started working at Sea World San Diego through Kaman’s Art Shoppes.
