I recently hired Nice Guys movers to move my stuff from my POD into an apartment. I booked them for 2 hours which should have been enough time since I don't have that much stuff. The two guys who showed up (20 minutes late) were nice and agreeable, but I don't think they had ever moved before. I was promised that the movers who came would have equipment such as a handcart and/or dolly, they didn't have any of these tools. They moved items box by box for about an hour before they decided to go rent a dolly. When they returned an hour later it still took an additional 3 hours. They frequently left stuff laying unaccompanied around the apartment complex and were very slow. I initially paid for 2 hours, but ended up paying for 4, I wonder if they went slowly on purpose to extend the time. Yes, I moved into the 2nd floor of an apartment, but we an elevator and everything fit into the elevator. I would never use this company again.

The moving experience that we had with Dillon and Tyrone was phenomenal. They arrived on time, started right away and hustled the entire time. The rate was more than fair for the quality of work that we received and I will always call Nice Guys Movers when I need movers in San Diego.
