Yerlan was responsive and easy to communicate with. He happened to be in my area the day that I messaged, so he came over to see the job ahead of time and brainstorm with the best way to reattach a baby gate and fix the holes in the wall. It was not super straightforward, so I appreciated that he took the time to explore options and helped me come up with a whole new option to secure the gate more safety for the future. Gate and wall look great. He also let me know ahead of time that he had a 2hr minimum so I was able to think of other smalls handyman jobs that I needed done after. I will use again!
