No surprises. No gimmicks. We offer fair, upfront pricing, always. We also run neighbor referral discounts (10% off if you refer a friend!) and bundle pricing for multiple services. Real value, real honesty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick call or message → fast scheduling → technician arrives on time, inspects, explains, and solves, usually on the same day. After the job, we follow up to make sure everything’s perfect. You’re not just a number to us. You’re our neighbor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are trained by certified industry experts and mentored by senior pros. We don’t just know garage doors. we live and breathe them. Every member of our crew has hands-on experience and keeps learning as tech evolves.
