Scott was great to work with. I brought him into a pretty complicated commercial remodel with a lot of different trades and details happening at once, and he handled everything I threw at him. He self performed a bunch of really important work that I normally would have been nervous to outsource, especially on a tight timeline, but he absolutely delivered.
Good communication, quality tools, solid problem solving, and the work came in on time and at a quality level I was happy putting my name behind. I honestly didn’t know him at all going into the project, so there was definitely some leap of faith involved on my end, but he earned my trust really quickly.

Free, itemized written estimates. Hourly T&M available for small jobs. Changes are approved in writing first, so no surprise charges. Licensed GC #1078522.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call or message to talk through your project and goals. From there I’ll set up a site visit to see the space, take measurements, and go over details in person. I’ll confirm the scope with you before pricing anything, so the estimate reflects exactly what you want. You’ll get a written, itemized estimate, and once you’re ready, we schedule the work. During the project I stay in close contact, keep the site clean, and walk through everything with you at the end to make sure you’re happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed California General Contractor (#1078522) with 15 years of hands-on experience in residential remodels and commercial tenant improvements.
