Joey showed up punctually and got to troubleshooting the three dead electrical outlets very quickly. He assessed the situation and let me know all the recommendations. After fixing them, he cleaned up the problem areas and was on his way! Would recommend for any electrical issues you have in your home.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am just starting out on thumbtack so in order to gain customers I will be cheaper than most
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will communicate as much as possible to get the best idea of what the customer is imagining what there project is to look like. I feel like communication is one of the most important things about this type of work, after I have a good understanding of what the customer wants then I will begin building what they need and KEEPING THEM IN THE LOOP along the way, after I’m done I make sure they are happy with the service before I leave.
