- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am just starting out on thumbtack so in order to gain customers I will be cheaper than most
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate as much as possible to get the best idea of what the customer is imagining what there project is to look like. I feel like communication is one of the most important things about this type of work, after I have a good understanding of what the customer wants then I will begin building what they need and KEEPING THEM IN THE LOOP along the way, after I’m done I make sure they are happy with the service before I leave.

I graduated Lincoln technical institute with a degree in heating ventilation air-conditioning and refrigeration
