He got part way through repairs for 4 shower and 2 sink faucets that kept dripping. He said he needed stems and would be back. I paid him $260 for 4 hours 'work' with the understanding he'd return with parts to finish the job. Upstairs sink and showet faucets still drip, and he loosened the spout which noe wiggles. Downstairs shower is worse, and you can barely turn the handle. He won't respond to messages and I haven't heard from him since he took my money almost 3 weeks ago. UPDATE: MARCH 20TH, 2025 Matt had gotten hurt. As soon as he was able, he contacted me and came out promptly. He brought the parts he had purchased and finished everything. Beautifully. He did not want to get paid for the remainder of the job OR for the additional tasks he performed. I insisted, as the quality was exceptional. FIVE STARS!!!
