As a Sr Service Supervisor at Greystar and a California Licensed General Contractor I oversee the maintenance operations for One Paseo, a 608 unit residential property, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. I studied Computer Science from California Institute of Arts & Technology, which helps me to apply technical and analytical skills to solve problems and improve processes. I am also CPO certified, EPA Universal certified and proficient in electrical wiring and plumbing, which enables me to handle a variety of maintenance tasks and projects. Prior to joining Greystar I was a Maintenance Manager for Bell Partners Inc, where I performed preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as carpentry, painting, and landscaping. I am passionate about providing excellent service to residents and owners, and I strive to maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. I come with over 20 years of residential construction and maintenance skills and am looking forward to working with you.
