- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short intake session to talk about goals, lifestyle, injuries, and what you’ve tried before. From there, I build a custom plan that matches your life and goals. Every session is designed to make you move, feel, and perform better; no cookie-cutter programs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been an athlete my whole life, and I’ve always been obsessed with how the body moves. After coaching at major gyms and performance facilities, I realized I wanted to bring that same high-level training to everyday people who want more out of their bodies and lives. This is personal for me. I live the lifestyle I coach.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently coached a former football player who wanted to get back into shape through hybrid training; strength, speed, and endurance. We worked together for 12 weeks, and by the end, he ran a sub-2:00 half marathon and PR’d his clean by 30 lbs. Seeing him feel like an athlete again? That’s why I do what I do.
