I understand going to gym consistently on your own can be challenging" if not close to impossible. The gym also can be intimidating do to not knowing what and how to do. Finding the time to go to the gym and get an effective workout can be elusive. You'll be training at my private, boutique-style personal training facility that is 100% free of the 'corporate gym' nonsense . There are no memberships or fees associated with the training, and the facility is easy to get to. We take all the necessary covid- 19 precautions to keep you moving and healthy. I bring a different type of circumstances to what I needed help with. Due to my disability and Dr orders I couldn't use the fitness piece they have to offer. I worked with Gary on nutrition and how and what I could eat that would help me to be more healthy. For me I can't even expect weight loss and that’s part of why I needed help. Even if I’m over weight I still want to be healthy. I have a spine injury and nerve damage. My digestive system doesn’t work like everyone else’s. I’ve spoke with nutritionist and while they know textbook about nutritional value my case was a mystery as far as how they could better help me. I could tell Gary had knowledge about how different foods, supplements and spices affect different functions. I have 2 stimulators and they operate my bladder and bowel functions, so I was trying to find foods that digested easily and didn’t cause additional chaos in those functional behaviors. While most people think a healthy and fitness coach is just for body builders or people able to get fit are wrong. If your handicap due to physical limitations or organ system limitations he is still able to help. I’m so thankful for the relationship and knowledge I now have from working with Gary and Workhorse

Gary is a phenomenal trainer! When I say that what I mean is he really sets himself apart from other trainers. He’s very knowledgeable with 10+ years of experience, his ability to help rebuild movement patterns and he has diverse programs (nutrition and exercise) that really meet all of my needs! He also really takes the time to get to know you personally, with respect, kindness and he also meets you where you’re at but still gives you that extra push and encouragement even when you don’t think you can do one more rep! Not to mention I have so much fun too! He takes the time to explain what we’re doing in each session and why, he really helps me focus on what muscles I’m using to build the strength I need. I can’t say enough about how amazing of a trainer he is. He has helped me transform not only my body through exercise and nutrition but also my mindset and my life! A true transformation specialist! Gary genuinely cares about each of his clients. He’s very knowledgeable about both the nutrition and exercises/workouts. Training sessions with him are always a challenge, they’re always different and never normal, but you will leave feeling stronger and better. When I first started working with him we were able to start building muscle, tone loose skin and lower my body fat percentage. Training with Gary has been a fun journey with sustainable results. As long as you follow the plan you’re guaranteed to see changes early on.

I started with Gary about 3 years ago when I was done playing football. I was a big guy weighing 285+lbs. I just really wasn’t confident in myself and felt unhealthy. I wanted to be the best version of myself I could be and Gary made this possible for me. I’ve now lost over 100lbs since I started and not only do I feel great but I’m stronger physically and mentally.
