I had originally found they great folks on Thumbtack; after reading about the very positive reviews they have on Thumb Tack, I decided to give them a try as I was looking for a very affordable solution to my previous HVAC Installer and Maintenance service company. Straight Shooter was very accommodating with scheduling availability. I booked an appt and received a few text messages for confirmation of service date an a reminder 24 prior to the appt date. (Love it when Communication works) Aaron called about 30 minutes in advance to make sure I was home and advised that he would be arriving in about 15-20 Which was right in line with the 11:00-12:00 appt time. I was more than impressed with Aaron's professionalism and knowledge, he asked me a few questions and then he dove right into the service and inspection he made some very helpful mentions about some option items that could be added to my system after I explained that my wife sufferer from allergies and keeping the air quality in our home was important. Aaron explained how each alternative item could enhance the air quality Absolutely ("ZERO" Pressure to do anything beyond the scope of what was discussed for this service visit. I truly appreciated that as I think most people would. We all know the SHYSTERS in this industry and these folks are not part of that mentality. These folks are more about capturing a customer and maintaining a long-term positive relationship with the people they serve. Straight Shooter is all in their name because that was the experience I received and I'm sure you will as well. "It's how they run their business" Props to Aaron! Bertha Camarena says, "I went to the BBB website to specifically find an A+ rating heating and air conditioning company. I found Sky Clean Air and called for an appointment. I left a voicemail message and within 15 minutes Giselle replied to my call. I was able to make an appointment for the following day to have the air ducts cleaned. The following day, owner Daniel Lazmi showed up on time, went into the attic and took pictures of the air ducts. Daniel showed me pictures that showed some air ducts had rips inside of them. This was a surprise to be because four years earlier I had purchased a very expensive AC unit which included ALL air ducts to be replaced, unfortunately only a few were replaced. Daniel replaced ALL the air ducts but not before placing a rug up the stairs and down the hall. When Daniel was done replacing the air ducts, he literately vacuums under every air vent in my house. Daniels professionalism, expertise and wonderful personality made me a very happy customer."See more
