I wish I had asked more questions about his credential and experience, but he was adamant that he knew what the problem was, so we hired him. But turns out he could not fix the low pressure on our tub faucets. Now we have to hire some one else, in addition to amount we paid him. My wife was not happy that she took her time out for this and no resolution.
