Our home is old, and the plumbing once in a while gets pretty clogged up, and the drain needs to be cleared out. Xavier was friendly and professional and listened to our plumbing issues. He made a thorough exam. He used the camera after the drained line was cleared out and gave us a live feedback so we visually can see where the place of trouble that slow down the flow and a potential problem we would need to plan and budget for some major work to consider in the future. I appreciate his honest opinion and his respectful manner, not being a pushy sales tactic that some service providers usually use. Letting us know that he understands our situation and gives us an opportunity to choose XM plumbing when we're ready for the major work in the future. Overall, we were pleased with his service. We definitely recommend XM Plumbing to anyone.

Hands down the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. We live in a 1958 home with 75-year-old cast iron pipes and some pretty rough DIY plumbing from previous owners, so this was not an easy job. Johnny and Cesar came out first to assess the house and I got a great feeling right away. Honest, knowledgeable, and no upselling. What started as just two things we wanted fixed turned into us upgrading a lot more simply because we trusted them. Over two days, Ricardo, Barrett, and Michael fixed multiple P-traps, replaced our water heater, replaced old shower plumbing and fixtures, hydro blasted our primary shower, upgraded our main water shutoff valve, and next week they’re doing epoxy lining on our old cast iron pipes. These guys were all incredible. Professional, detail-oriented, great with our dogs, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ricardo went above and beyond by sweeping/cleaning out our water heater closet and even put our trash bins out and brought them back in after trash day. If you have an older home or complicated plumbing, I can’t recommend them enough. I almost miss having them around.

The companies price was very fair, and Patrick responded very quickly!! Our Technician Arturo was professional, great, timely, and also very communicative with. His job was not only quick, but VERY affective. We have old cast-iron piping/ plumbing in our home, which can be difficult to work with when things go out of service, but the task didn’t seem like the challenge it posed for us- our attempt to snake 15’ into the kitchen drain wasn’t successful on three attempts. Arturo snaked approximate 40’ under, and everything went very well afterwards. We’re pleased with their service, and will hire again. Thanks so much!!!

Patrick takes exceptional customer service to a new level. I was a little worried about hiring him, as there were no existing Thumbtack reviews. However, Audra communicated very effectively and provided additional references. So, I took a chance and I am so glad that I met Audra and Patrick. The job involved a minor remodel of a bathroom, and Patrick has already made two urgent calls to address issues that were stopping progress. His actual piece, moving some plumbing and installing new, hasn't happened yet. But, I feel he's already saved the day by capping lines and repairing a major drain issue. I'm writing my review a bit early as my project will go on for a while. But, for others out there seeking a great plumber with top notch service and response time, I wanted to get this review posted. I plan to continue to hire Patrick for many jobs at my home. Highest recommendation.
